WHOLESALE & B2B PURCHASE POLICY

1. Overview & Wholesale Applications

We welcome trade partners, commercial distributors, retail storefronts, and online store owners to apply for our B2B Wholesale Program. Wholesale pricing is reserved strictly for verified businesses, retailers, and commercial buyers purchasing in bulk volume.

To register for a wholesale account, submit your commercial credentials and Tax ID via our official Wholesale Submission Form or contact our B2B sales office.

2. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)

To qualify for tier-one wholesale pricing discounts:

• Opening Order Minimum: Our Minimum Opening Wholesale Order (MOQ) value is $999 USD.
• Re-Orders: Subsequent re-order minimum value is $500 USD.
• Product Quantities: Specific product SKUs may carry case-pack minimum quantity requirements outlined in our wholesale catalog.

3. Order Placement & Production Lead Times

• Order Submission: Approved wholesale buyers can submit purchase orders (PO) directly via email to sales@hjthjt.store.
• Lead Times: Standard bulk orders are processed and prepared for freight shipment within 3 to 7 business days. Large volume or custom-packaged production orders may require 2 to 3 weeks lead time, confirmed upon PO receipt.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

• Initial Orders: First-time wholesale buyers must pay 100% upfront prior to order fulfillment via credit card, wire transfer, or ACH payment.
• Established Accounts: Net 30 payment terms may be extended to approved long-term B2B partners following credit history review and business reference checks.

5. Freight, Shipping & Title of Goods

• Freight Charges: All wholesale pricing is provided EXW (Ex Works) or FOB shipping point unless otherwise negotiated. Shipping costs are calculated based on pallet weight, freight destination, and liftgate requirements.
• Customs & Duty: International wholesale buyers assume full responsibility for customs clearance, tariffs, taxes, and import compliance in their respective destination countries.

6. Resale Guidelines & MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price)

• Approved Sales Channels: Wholesale products may be resold on authorized retail websites and physical storefronts. Resale on third-party online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace) requires prior written authorization from our wholesale management team.
• MAP Compliance: Wholesale partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines to preserve brand value and fair market conditions.

7. Damaged Shipments & Defect Claims

Wholesale shipments must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Claims for freight damage, missing cartons, or defective products must be reported within 5 business days of delivery to sales@hjthjt.store with photo documentation and freight bill notations. Approved claims will receive credit memos or replacement stock.
