3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a direct tracking link and courier details (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier system after dispatch.

4. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Please verify your address carefully prior to placing an order. If you need to modify your shipping address, notify us within 2 hours of placing the order at info@hjthjt.store. We cannot change shipping addresses once a order has been processed by our warehouse.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please take photographs of the box and damaged items and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
• Lost/Undelivered Shipments: If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery location or contact your local courier post office. If unresolved, email our team for claims support.
