REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or full refund.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• All tags, accessories, instruction manuals, and inclusions must be attached and intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase, order number, or original receipt.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards:

• Opened or used hygiene, care, or consumable products.
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
• Final sale, clearance, or gift card items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our support team at info@hjthjt.store with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
2. If your return is accepted, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with clear return shipping instructions.
3. Securely pack the item and mail it to the return address provided by our team.

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
• Customer Preference: If returning due to change of mind or buyer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping label costs.

6. Refund Processing Timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.
• Credit card and PayPal refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters our automated processing and fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled but can be returned under our 30-day policy upon arrival.
